Recently our Hospitality Option students very professionally hosted a wine and cheese experience for us to end their 3-week course. We voted and the favourite cheese of the day was an aged cheddar and the favourite wine was a rose. Thank you everyone who helped organise and participate. It was a lot of fun!
Meet Helena, from Brazil. She’s currently studying in our Elementary class. She is super talented and sells her crafts and desserts at markets around Sydney each weekend. This Saturday you can go and say hello to her at the Manly Village Public School Market, 8am-4pm, on the Corner of Darley Road and Wentworth Street.
What a stunning day for our walk and talk activity. The water is crystal clear blue at the moment and at 30 degrees outside and 20 degrees in the water that makes a perfect combination to work up a sweat and then jump in the water to cool off.
People who learn a new language are always open to trying and learning other new things too. Today our students learnt how to play Beach Cricket! Everyone had a turn at bowling, batting, wicket-keeping and fielding. Great fun!
